Class bookings

New Patients: All Studio classes require a physio assessment prior to commencement. Once the assessment’s been done, we will find you a suitable long term spot that you can attend consistency on a weekly basis.

The only exception is our Mums and Bub series. Enrolment is for a 10 weeks term.
