Easy Referral.
For health professionals, thank you for thinking about us. Papaya is built for collaborative care, and for that reason, we have designed the referral process to be as simple as it can be.
If you’d like to refer a patient to see our team, please fill in the patients details with a contact number or email, and we will contact the patient directly to organise an appointment.
If you are located close to our Newtown Clinic, we can give you some customised referral pads to use, which makes it seamless for the patient when looking for other health professionals.
Alternatively, please direct them to our website, and patients can book via our online booking portal.
Lastly, if you’d like to send us electronic referrals (including Enhanced Primary Care Plans), please email hello@papayaclinic.com.au if you need to discuss the details of the referral.
