The Papaya Difference

Our care is deep, curious, respectful, and personal.

What is integrative health?

Papaya Clinic is your one-destination health clinic which provides multidisciplinary support for all of your women's health needs and concerns.

We started in 2023 to solve a commonly seen problem in healthcare.

  • Women hopping between clinics looking for the care they deserve, wasting time relaying information between multiple providers and feeling as if they need to be their own case manager and advocate.

  • Practitioners not understanding the scope of other providers in multidisciplinary care and unable to offer solutions that drive systemic and behavioural changes.

  • Women feeling lost because their symptoms do not fit into a diagnosis.

  • Women feeling confused and overwhelmed with the amount of health information out there these days.

At Papaya Clinic, we believe women’s healthcare should encompass four distinct pillars of health:

  1. Physical and Pelvic health

  2. Hormonal health

  3. Gut health, and

  4. Emotional health

These pillars affect one another and no symptoms are isolated to its own pillar. It takes a team of highly skilled practitioners who are curious and experienced, who deeply respect holistic healing, to understand the intricacies of how these different pillars integrate to create true wellness.

An integration of various health specialties, our expertise includes Women's Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Psychology, Massage, Menopause Support, and Clinical Pilates.

We work together as a team to support your health journey. Seeing anyone of us is a way to tap into the wealth of knowledge of the whole collective.
