This one-day antenatal workshop is designed to guide you through every step of the journey - from labour and birth (including both vaginal and caesarean), to the role of your support person, and the early days of parenting. It’s a practical, evidence-based course that helps you feel prepared, supported, and confident as you approach this exciting new chapter.

All in-person bookings include 12 months’ access to our comprehensive online program (valued at $450), giving you the flexibility to revisit key topics anytime. With a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, partner preparation, and postnatal planning, our workshops are designed to leave you feeling informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

Full day workshop from 9am to 5pm

  • 2 highly experienced registered midwives in attendance

  • Plenty of breaks to eat, drink, mingle and ask questions

  • Ongoing support - includes 12 months access to our online Childbirth and Parenting course
