Jacinta is a physiotherapist with a background in movement, sport, and women’s health. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and began her clinical career after relocating to Sydney in 2020. Prior to physio life, she worked in a local gym and coached rowing, experience that shaped her love for strength, performance, and community.

With advanced training in women’s health, Jacinta supports women through all life stages, from pregnancy to postpartum recovery, managing urinary symptoms, treating pelvic pain, and helping clients navigate mastitis with care and confidence. She combines clinical knowledge with a gentle, empowering approach. Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine, and your goals matter. Jacinta is committed to helping you become the strongest version of yourself.
