Kelly Suggate (AAPRN-CPN)
Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Feeding Therapist
Kelly is a Certified Practising Nutritionist with an interest in paediatric nutrition and women’s health. As a mother herself, Kelly understands firsthand how transformative pregnancy and postpartum can be, and how overwhelming it can feel when it comes to feeding and growing a healthy child. She is passionate about empowering women to proactively care for themselves and prioritise their own health, not just their baby’s. She works with women across preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. As well as areas including iron deficiency, osteoporosis, gut health, fertility, and metabolic conditions.
Alongside supporting women, Kelly works closely with infants and children under 5 experiencing fussy or picky eating, allergies, eczema, nutrient deficiencies and growth concerns. She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to help uncover the drivers behind these challenges, with the goal of helping families build positive, stress-free relationships with food from the very beginning.
Outside of the clinic, Kelly enjoys reading, Pilates, swimming and cooking with her kids. She believes food is meant to be enjoyed, not restricted and feels privileged to support women and children during some of the most important seasons of life.
