Lauren is a Clinical Naturopath with an interest in women’s health issues including hormone imbalance, menstrual irregularities, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, fertility, chronic fatigue, and ADHD. She works with individuals across the lifespan from children and adolescents, to adults and seniors, incorporating the latest research from naturopathic and integrative medicine to educate and support her clients in their journey to optimal health and well-being. Foremost, she is passionate about healthcare being accessible, progressive, and collaborative for the allied health practitioner and wider community.
Notably, Lauren received the award for Early Career Practitioner from NHAA’s Awards for Excellence 2025, which recognised her dedication to the profession specifically, her contribution to research on ADHD and Long COVID-19, teaching nutrition focused and fitness classes at early learning centres throughout Sydney, presenting at conferences such as Wish For A Baby as well as panel discussions and community events, training other allied health practitioners, and delivering exceptional patient care locally and overseas in Europe and South East Asia.
As an avid dancer of 25+ years, and Yoga and Barre Teacher, she understands the importance of patience, persistence, and properly informed guidance in order to achieve success and maximising one’s true potential. Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys ballroom dancing, swimming at rock pools, and spending time with her loved ones.

Lauren’s main clinical interests are in treating menstrual irregularities, PCOS, Infertility & Pre-conception Care, and ADHD.
