Tess was introduced to Pilates throughout her training as a classical ballet dancer and used it as part of her daily practice to find connection, strength and grounding throughout her 13 year professional ballet career with the Dutch National Ballet. After retiring her career as a dancer and moving to Sydney she completed a double undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Sciences majoring in Human Movement which lead her to further pursue her Masters in physiotherapy at UTS.
